Xiaomi has really been in the news recently, their Xiaomi MI3 Smartphone comes out to be the most popular Smartphone in 2014 so far.
Afterwards, they acquired their new million-dollar domain name - MI.com
and what again ? They've just unveiled the Mi TV 2 which is an
Android-powered 4K resolution TV in China and the most interesting part
is that the Mi TV 2 is not expensive like other 4K resolution 3D TV
available in the Technology Market, it's just CNY 3,999. Are you thinking what I am thinking ?
Spending $640 on this 3840×2160 3D screen is not a bad idea since smaller devices (e.g Samsung Galaxy S5) are even more expensive than this. The Mi TV 2 is 49-inch in size, it is thinner, lighter, and packs some advanced image quality enhancement technology and its running on the MStar 6A918 chipset with a Quad-Core Cortex-A9 processor clocked at 1.45GHz and 2GB RAM. There is also 8GB internal storage expandable via a microSD card slot. As seen in the picture below, Mi TV 2 is priced at CNY 3,999 (which is approximately $640) and comes with a standalone sound system.
May 27 is the Launch Date of this Smart TV in China and we hope it'll be available for purchase internationally. What do you think about this TV ? Will you shed your ca$h on this device ? Share your thoughts by making use of the comment box and kindly share this post with others. Happy Weekend !!!
