Best SmartPhones with Reduced Price of 2013

   With a slew of devices making their way to the market in 2013, the playing field seems more level than ever. If you're in the market for a new smartphone, now more than ever is a time where it's okay to be price conscious. The relative plateau in quality between devices means that it's easy to find a great phone for a great price. However, if you're looking for the best quality, then there are just a few devices and price points to look at.

   One of the most popular devices of last year has been Google's Nexus 4. Manufactured by LG, the device offers a pure Google experience and runs the latest version of Google's Jelly Bean operating system. The premium build feels excellent in the hand, and the fact that it's supported directly by Google mean that it will never be out of date. The only catch is the sticker price. With no carrier subsidies, the Nexus 4 sells for $299. However, the advantage of this system is that it can be activated on any carrier. You've got the option to switch carriers as you please, meaning you can save a great deal over monthly service from postpaid carriers. The upfront price of the Nexus 4 is high, but there's a long-term cost advantage.

   In the vein of more traditional options, one of the phones to really be aware of is the Samsung Galaxy S3. Last year's best-selling phone is now being offered by most carriers for $99 on a two-year contract, which amounts to a 50 percent reduction in price. The phone still packs a major punch, with 2GB of RAM and a dual-core processor that put most other devices to shame. Add in a large, high-density display and an excellent camera, and suddenly you've got a phone that could easily be the flagship device of 2013. Making the situation even more enticing is the fact that Samsung has pledged to keep its software up to date and parallel with the S4, so newer features such as multi-window support are making their way to the device. If you're in a position where you want to get a first-class smartphone without paying the $200 or higher charged for newer devices, then the S3 is a phone to keep an eye on.

   Of course, there are those users out there who only want to use an iPhone. If you're in a spot where you're looking for the best value on a smartphone but it has to be an iPhone, then the 4S is the model for you. The 4S is offered for $99 on a two-year agreement, which is a significant step up from the regular 4, which is free. However, there are many benefits to opting for the 4S: A better camera, faster processor and Siri.

   All three of these devices offer tremendous benefit. The Nexus 4 brings freedom, the S3 brings a high-end Android experience, and the iPhone 4S placates Apple fans. It's just a matter of deciding which category you fit and buying the phone that makes sense.
