Hello,
Dear
valued reader, glad you've shown interest in reading this post after
seeing the title. Please note that this post is just to explain my own
personal experience with Online Shopping - Aliexpress to be
precise, not because of any negative purpose. I've written it in a way
that you won't get bored while reading, If you are interested in the 'How to' tutorial on ordering online from Aliexpress then kindly subscribe to this blog here
because I'll be releasing a full post on it tomorrow, YES, I mean it,
tomorrow and you don't want to miss it. Now, you can go ahead and read, I
hope you enjoy it!
Whenever I think of buying something online, most especially gadgets, the first site that always come to my mind is eBay.
I love eBay so much that I visit the site almost everyday to look for
good deals on items I like, because of eBay, I abandoned Aliexpress for
so long and I've even forgotten that there's an online shopping website
named 'Aliexpress', but recently, I decided to order some cheap stuffs
from Aliexpress to test again how good their service, shipping and
delivery is at the moment, before buying more expensive things.
So,
I placed the order for a Watch and Earpiece (shown in the pictures)
paying with my Guaranty Trust Bank MasterCard, I used my home address
while filling the shipping/delivery address section during the purchase,
hoping to get it delivered at my doorstep when it gets to Nigeria.
First week passed, second week, third week, fourth week and I've almost
concluded that my items have been misplaced on transit or maybe
something has happened and I won't be getting them again. Just a few
days later, I received
a call from the Post Office not very far from my house that I have some
packages and I should come for them, then I went to the Post Office to
collect them, I was asked to pay #100 before collecting the
package, that's a very small amount for real, which I did. In a nutshell, I got
the stuffs like 4 weeks and 3 days from the moment I clicked 'Order Now' on their website, which is still very good considering the fact that it's free shipping, and China is very far from Nigeria - about 10,000km.
I
must admit that the items I ordered from there (a Watch and a Samsung
Galaxy S6 Earpiece) are very okay, in brand new and excellent condition
with very close to high quality, I'll give the items a rating of 9.7/10
compared to what I'd have ordered from our online shopping websites here
in Nigeria. Did I even mention the fact that the items are very cheap
too ? Yes, they are.
Since
everything was fine and also in excellent condition when I got them, I
was very satisfied and I've even ordered some other stuffs - Samsung Wireless Charger, Luxury Golden Aluminum Case and a Qi Wireless Charging enabled back cover for my Samsung Galaxy Note 4,
with the hope of getting them in less than 4 weeks this time around
since orders are processed almost immediately during festive periods.
With my most recent experience with Aliexpress, I think I'll be buying stuffs I don't need urgently
from there, waiting for a month or less than is no big deal for me
since I am patient enough. Though, I won't advise you to buy everything
from Aliexpress since there are also low quality and Chinese-made
products there too. Most of the time, it's not advisable to buy high-end
gadgets from Aliexpress since they are mostly inferior or even clones
at times. Accessories, tools, wears and the likes are more advisable to
be bought on Aliexpress while eBay is known for having the right amount
of high-end Smartphones, Tablets, Gadgets and everything else.
If
you think you are okay with my experience on Aliexpress and you'll like
to shop from there at very cheap price then stay tuned and subscribe to our free mailing list

please is payment on delivery option available? how trustworthy are they?
ReplyDeleteHi Maurice,
DeletePayment on delivery is not available for Aliexpress since it's an international shopping website and also, Aliexpress is trustworthy on a general basis but you have to be very careful with the seller you are buying from, ensure the seller has a very high & good rating and also feedback.
